  • Ensuring compliance with the legislation on the employment and labor of the company's employees.
  • Search and selection of personnel (posting job advertisements in the mass media and on specialized Internet resources, analysis and evaluation of selected resumes, conducting telephone and personal interviews);
  • Cooperation with educational institutions and state employment services, personnel agencies to search for candidates, use of mass media information for posting ads.
