Requirements:

• work experience from 1 year in a similar position;
• good knowledge of current legislation in the field of military accounting, personnel administration, labor law;
• PC skills at the level of an experienced Microsoft Office user (Word, Excel, Outlook) , ZUP;
• analytical abilities, communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• ensuring the availability and control of the relevance of military registration documents of employees;
• ensuring compliance with military registration rules;
• provide notification of credentials change;
• implement reconciliation of lists of personal military records;
• formation and submission of reports on military records;
• registration of documents necessary for booking conscripts;
• interaction with territorial recruitment and social support centersand other institutions in matters of military registration and booking;
• implementation of individual areas of personnel administration and office management;
• participation in HR processes of the company.

• work schedule: Mon-Thurs from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. -00;
