• Experience in military accounting from 1 year
• Knowledge of the legislation of Ukraine in the field of military accounting (CMU Resolution No. 1487, Order of the Ministry of Defense No. 402)
• Attention to details, responsibility, ability to work with confidential information

Your tasks:

• Maintenance of personnel records (full cycle) of employees of the Central Office of the company
• Maintenance of personalized military records of conscripts and conscripts (in electronic and paper format)
• Formation and timely updating of accounting databases in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Defense, TCC and JV.
• Preparation of reports, messages and references for TCC and JV.
• Interaction with TCC bodies, participation in inspections, audits, accompanying representatives during visits to the enterprise
• Participation in drawing up and updating the enterprise mobilization plan.
