We are looking for an employee for our teamto the main office for the position of personnel inspector (military accounting).

Basic requirements:

• work experience from 1 year in a similar position (an enterprise with a staff of 500 or more, and an extensive regional network);
• excellent knowledge of the Labor Code of Ukraine and other legislative acts ( tracking changes in legislation);
• confident user: 1C, MS Office;
• high level of responsibility;

• Ukrainian language - mandatory (at the level of business communication, correspondence);
• attention, vigilance to details.

Responsibilities:

• establishment of interaction with TCC and SP on issues of military accounting;
• preparation of a package of documents for booking employees in accordance with current requirements;
• preparation of documents for checking status military accounting by the commission of the TCC and joint ventures;
• participation in the development of methodological materials on the implementation and maintenance of military accounting at the enterprise;
• keeping of personal military accounting in full;
• verification during employment of citizens of military registration documents, verification of documents of those already working in accordance with the legislation, ensuring availability of all necessary documents.
