Main duties: Provides HR consulting in online chat at on the basis of ready-made consultations and samples in the Eksterus Kadry system. What is important for us (requirements for the candidate): 1. Work experience in the field of personnel for the last 3 years. 2. Ability to navigate changes in labor legislation. 3. The ability to quickly find consultations on the right topic. 4. Ability to communicate with clients and colleagues. 5. Availability of a computer and good Internet. Cooperation with us is: 1. The possibility to work in a Kyiv company remotely from anywhere in Ukraine. 2. A guarantee that you will not lose your job tomorrow (we have successfully survived all lockdowns, we are working now and have not closed the office doors for a single day). Completion of a cooperation agreement and official salary (payment of sick leave, vacations, etc.). 3. Hours of work are Monday through Friday, full time. Remote work. Visiting the office is optional. We provide a laptop for the time of work in the office during adaptation and after adaptation for the entire time of work. The office is in Podil, 5 min. on foot from Kontraktova Ploshcha. Tea, coffee — at the expense of the company. Important. During work, the Consultant must be constantly in touch and promptly respond to customer requests, which requires a constant presence near the laptop. 4. Corporate and, if necessary, external training. 5. Career growth, both horizontally and vertically (about 48% of our managers grew up within the company). 6. Step-by-step adaptation to the position with a proposed plan and with an experienced mentor (we prepare an individual adaptation plan for each newcomer). 7.
