We are currently recruiting for the position of Human Resources Inspector. b>

Basic requirements :

• knowledge of legislative and normative legal acts in the field of work, employment, personal data protection , on issues of military accounting;
• experience in personnel administration;
• willingness to work with large volumes of information in multitasking mode;
• confident user of 1C 7.7 Personnel , or 1C 8 ZUP, MEDOK, SOTA, PFU web portal, Excel.

Main duties:

• management of personnel records (admissions, transfers, dismissals, vacations, etc.);
• formation and management of personal files of employees, making changes in the OS, related with labor activities;
• entering information about personal data of employees, the quantitative composition and movement of personnel into the 1C program;
• formation of state statistical reporting and internal personnel reporting;
• maintaining sick leave, timesheet and military records;
• formation of certificates from the place of work.
