Personnel inspector in METRO PEY, TOV

What will need to be done: keeping personnel records, drawing up personnel documents on the hiring and dismissal of employees, vacations, sick days; keeping staff rosters, vacation schedules and other personnel documents, updating them in a timely manner; forming and maintaining personal files of employees; preparing and forming time sheets time; analysis of personnel legislation and timely implementation of changes. What is important for us: higher education; work experience of 1 year or more in a similar position in personnel administration, KZpP of Ukraine; confident PC user, knowledge of 1C, Excel; desire to learn and develop in personnel administration; attentiveness to details, responsibility, initiative.
