Personnel inspector in Everstar

We are Everstar agency. Our task is to help private defense companies find talented people and bring Ukraine closer to victory. One of our clients is engaged in the production of equipment and radio-electronic devices that improve the effectiveness of combat operations. The company is constantly growing, developing and improving work processes. The finance department is currently expanding, so we are looking for a personnel inspector. Necessary skills and experience: Experience in a similar position for more than 3 years; knowledge of labor legislation; be responsible, attentive, able to work in multitasking mode; knowledge of military accounting will be a plus; experience of working in production/industry will be a plus. Future responsibilities: Development and correction of internal legal acts, job and work instructions, department work regulations, PVTRP, etc.; correction and maintenance of the staff list; management of personnel records (admission, dismissal, transfer, vacations and other absences); formation and management of personal files of employees in 1C (versions 2 and 8), work books, certificates for employees, etc.; consultation of employees on personnel issues in accordance with the Labor Code and other legislative acts.
