A group of manufacturing companies invites an HR Supervisor to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Managing personnel records in full (admission, transfer, dismissal), data entry in the BAS Agro system. >Transfer of data on the PFU website.
• Preparation of reports to state bodies, submission of notices of hiring employees.
• Submission of summarized data to the accounting department for salary calculation, accounting of actually worked time.

• Registration of business trips.
• Control of data on the presence of employees at the workplace, in the absence of documents, obtaining explanations.
• Compilation of employee vacation schedules.
• li>Compilation of time sheets
• Preparation of reports for the manager.
• Posting of vacancies on websites and personnel selection.
