"KYIV ENERGY CONSTRUCTION COMPANY" LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY specializes in the development, construction and operation of energy facilities, such as power plants and energy networks. In order to ensure high-quality and efficient management of our personnel, we are looking for a professional Personnel Inspector.

Responsibilities:

1. Conducting the selection and hiring process personnel: posting ads, selection of resumes.
2. Keeping records of personnel changes (recruitment, dismissal, transfer, etc.).
3. Keeping a timesheet.
4. Issuing sheets incapacity for work.
5. Issuance of certificates on the current and past work activities of employees.
6. Issuance of business trips of employees.
7. Conducting professional training and professional development of employees.
8. li>Keeping records of conscripts, registration of employees.
9. Formation and submission of reports to state bodies.
10. Performance of other HR work on behalf of company management.
11. Work in 1C 7.7

Requirements:

1. 2 years of experience in a similar position.
2. Knowledge of labor legislation and HR standards.
3. High organization and attention to detail.
4. Ability to work with a large amount of information and complete tasks within limited deadlines.
5. Ability work effectively in a team and excellent communication skills.

Working conditions:

• Official registration according to the Labor Code of Ukraine.
• Five-day working week: Mon-Thurs from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Fri. from 08.00 to 16.00.
• Location of the office: Vydubychi.
