Our ideal candidate has knowledge and successful experience:

• work experience from two years is desirable
• basic or incomplete higher education
• confident PC user: MS Office, Excel, Internet, Power Point, ERP system and Google Workspace

  (documents, tables, presentations , forms).

• experience of successfully passing inspections by controlling bodies is desirable
• ability to work in a team, system thinking, focus on results, communication
• attention , responsibility, ability to work with large volumes of information

We have the following vision for the responsibilities of the position:

• responsibility of personnel documentation to legislation in the field of labor, record keeping, protection of personal data and enterprise quality management requirements
• registration of hiring, transfer, transfer and dismissal of employees
• formation and management of personal files of employees in compliance with the requirements of the law

• amendments to the staff list in terms of the names of professions (positions) in accordance with the Classifier of Professions of Ukraine

recording, maintenance, storage of work books

• recording of vacations according to the vacation schedule, control and compliance

• verification of disability sheets and their entry into the ERP IT-Enterprise system

• determination of insurance experience for the appointment of temporary disability benefits

• control compliance with the standard of workplaces for the employment of persons with disabilities.
