It is great if you: Have a higher education and experience in the field of HR Have experience in keeping personnel records in 1C, ZUP Have the following competencies: knowledge of KZpPU, work with documents, sociability, friendliness, responsibility, attentiveness. What will be included in your tasks: Management of personnel records in 1C ZUP (staff of 200 people) Submitting notices of employment through M.E.Doc Formation and management of personal files of employees Registration of all personnel operations Control of the use of vacations Preparation of certificates from the place jobs for employees Forming timesheets in 1S Submitting employee data to the accounting department for the preparation of salary cards for new employees What we offer: Shortened working day Possibility to choose a convenient schedule: from 9:00 to 17:00 or from 10:00 to 18:00 Possibility to work remotely 3 times a month Comfortable office near the "Palats Sportu" metro station Stable salary Medical insurance If you are interested in our vacancy, please send your resume indicating the desired salary level.
