Personnel inspector in Agrarniy Holding Avangard

We are inviting a HR Inspector to join the team (industrial enterprise) Requirements: higher education; experience in a similar position will be an advantage; experience in managing various areas of personnel administration, knowledge of KZpP; confident PC user (MSWord, MSExcel, 1C 7.7/8); responsibility and self-organization, attentiveness, sociability, scrupulous attention to detail. Functional responsibilities: full personnel support of the company's activities (recruitment, dismissal, transfer, transfer, etc.); organization of the search and selection of personnel; keeping records of the company's personnel; control of the granting of vacations to employees, drawing up duty schedules vacations; keeping a timesheet; reporting; development of job instructions together with the heads of structural subdivisions; monitoring compliance with the 4% quota. Working conditions: employment in accordance with the requirements of the Labor Code of Ukraine.
