Main duties: Management of personnel records for 350-400 people, full cycle: admission (term and permanent employment contracts), transfers, vacations, dismissal, bonuses, letters incapacity for work, certificates from the place of work, etc. Formation and management of personal files of employees. Completing, maintaining and accounting of work books. Checking of time sheets (in particular, summary accounting of working hours). Preparation of draft regulatory documents: job descriptions, Regulations, Instructions, etc. Consulting employees on personnel issues in accordance with the Labor Code of Ukraine and other legislative acts.
