For this you need to:
- have experience working as a personnel officer;
- have real experience in working with personnel documentation (including its compilation and verification);
- be able to clearly formulate your thoughts for writing/revising internal regulations, orders, etc.;
- be able to use labor legislation!
What needs to be done:
- registration of hiring, transfer and dismissal of employees, including forming orders, maintaining their numbering;
- forming and maintaining personal files of employees (including P-2 cards);
- filling in and keeping records of work books (including their scanning for transfer to the PFU), determining the length of service;
- keeping records of the granting of vacations to employees, drawing up schedules of regular vacations, orders for granting vacations, conducting an inventory of vacations at the end of the year;
- collection of documents that provide additional benefits to employees (additional vacations, special benefits, etc.);
- issuance of orders for bonuses, additional payments, allowances, combinations, substitutions, etc.
- amendments to the staff list and control over its relevance;
- issuance of documents for the appointment of temporary disability benefits (orders or decisions management);
- formation of orders for business trips;
- control over compliance with the quota for persons with disabilities, including submission of all additional reports;
- keeping military records, reconciliation with the center of territorial staffing;
- providing certificates at the request of employees;
- maintaining personnel records in the accounting program;
- checking time sheets for their correctness;
