Requirements for the candidate:

• Availability of work experience of at least 3 years in companies with a staff of 200 or more employees.
• Knowledge of labor legislation, programs 1C personnel is mandatory
• Experience of working with large volumes of information
• Experience in keeping military records

Responsibilities:

• Full personnel support (admission, vacations, transfers, dismissals, sick leave, etc.)
• Maintenance of personal files, P-2 cards.
• Maintenance and consolidation of time sheets, staff list.
• Drafting vacation schedule and their registration.
• Maintenance of military records at the enterprise.
• Issuance of certificates where required.
