Expectations from the candidate: Knowledge of the Labor Code of Ukraine and other legislative acts (tracking changes in legislation), timely submission of proposals for changes to personnel accounting processes; Excellent knowledge of personnel document flow; Ability to work with a large amount of information, multitask and interact with employees of all departments; Grammatically correct oral and written communication, attention to details. Ability to write business letters, instructions, etc. Experience as a personnel inspector from 5 years ( it is desirable to have work experience in a manufacturing enterprise - a staff of 100 people); Experience in automation of accounting and personnel processes. Confident PC user (Excel - perfect, 1C: ZUP, UTP); Knowledge of 1C. Functions: Search and selection of personnel (vacancy profile, placement, interview), training personnel reserve. Organization and management of the full cycle of personnel administration: orders, personnel files, regulations on structural subdivisions and job/work instructions, vacations, timesheets, staff list and the structure of the enterprise. Accounting of the labor activities of employees: work with work books, scanning , transfer of data to the PFU, work with e-hospitals. Cooperation with the payroll accountant. Organization and management of the document flow of the enterprise: creation, reception, sending, accounting, and storage of documents, submission to the management and their transfer for execution, orders on issues of the main activity enterprise and administrative and economic issues.
