We are looking for a personnel inspector to join our team.

Requirements:

• Higher education (advantage will be in the direction of "Legal administration, document management, personnel management");
• 2 years of work experience;
• Excellent knowledge of labor legislation;
• Fluent command of Ukrainian and Russian languages;
• Confident user of office equipment, computer programs, 1C 8.3;
• Organization, punctuality in work, sociability , the ability to work in a team, benevolence.

Job duties:

• Regulation of acceptance, transfer, dismissal of employees in accordance with the current labor legislation;
• Reflection of all personnel movements in 1C 8.3;
• Formation of personal files and making changes;
• Maintenance and accounting of labor books;
• Issuance of vacations, accounting for vacations and vacation schedule;
• Compilation and maintenance of time sheets;
• Maintenance of relevant accounting and registration logs for personnel records;
• Issuing certificates from the place of work;
• Checking and filling out sick leave sheets;
• Preparation of reports to state bodies;
• Preparation of internal reports for management.
