The Foundation focuses on providing assistance to internally displaced persons, persons in need of international protection, stateless persons, persons at increased risk of statelessness and persons without documents. The Fund is an executive partner of the UNHCR and implements direct legal assistance programs throughout Ukraine, and also promotes changes in the national legal base, bringing it into line with international standards in the field of human rights. BF "Right to Protection" is looking for a candidate for the position of Inspector/ HR manager. Responsibilities and tasks: under the direct supervision of the coordinator of the personnel department and the head of the personnel department: Management of personnel administration in full: acceptance, transfer, dismissal. Accounting of annual and additional leave of employees (timely submission for accrual by the accounting department). Formation personal affairs. Control of timely receipt of documents from remote units and their systematization. Compilation of vacation schedule. Development of job instructions. guarantees Keeping personnel records in the information system. Preparation of reports to the direct manager. Adherence to the Code of Conduct and the Foundation's Policies. Professional requirements: Experience of working as a personnel inspector for 2 years or more in companies with 200 or more employees; Excellent knowledge of the Labor Code of Ukraine and other legislative acts (tracking changes in legislation); Excellent knowledge of personnel document management; Confident user of a PC (Excel, etc.); NGO will be an advantage;Execution of duties guided by gender sensitivity and zero tolerance for sexual exploitation and abuse;Ability to work independently to meet deadlines;Ability to work closely with team members;Good analytical skills and attention to detail;Self-motivation;Flexibility.
