Functional duties: Management of personnel records; Recruitment of personnel; Recruitment, transfer, dismissal of personnel in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine; Formation of personnel orders; Compilation of the staff list; Formation and management of personal files of employees, making changes; Keeping records and schedule of granted vacations; Development of job instructions; Time sheet; Registration, registration, storage and maintenance of work books.
