PERSONNEL INSPECTOR is invited to trade and production company "Variator" (27 years on the market of Ukraine, grocery products of the grocery group TM "Sto Pudiv", "Vognyk", "Elf", etc. are sold throughout Ukraine and exported abroad). Work in the city of Kharkiv. REQUIREMENTS: Desired higher education; Knowledge of Labor Code and other legislative acts related to labor; Professional work experience — from 2 years; PC skills: confident user (MS Office, e-mail, 1C 8, ZUP, Medok); Knowledge and mastery of personnel records. Professional requirements (competencies): Knowledge of the Labor Code of Ukraine, the Law on Vacations and other legislative acts related to work. Knowledge of military accounting. Personal qualities: Responsibility, attentiveness, sociability, ability to work in a team, systematic work, absence of bad habits. DUTIES: Registration of the company's employees for work. Maintaining the staff schedule in 1C_8. Issuance of orders, vacations, dismissals, other statements of employees. Sending notices about employment in DPS. Military accounting. Working with old work books (maintenance, digitization, etc.). Sending quarterly reports to the Social Security Fund. Reporting to the chief accountant.
