We are looking for a responsible and organized employee for the position of personnel inspector Responsibilities: Management of the full cycle of personnel document flow (recruitment, transfer, dismissal) full-time staff - 60 people; Provision of vacations (annual basic, additional, social vacations) and their accounting, preparation of the schedule leave; Management of personal files of employees and P-2 cards; Preparation and introduction of changes to the organizational structure and staff list; Selection of candidates for vacant positions; Management of military records (24 conscripts). Requirements: Higher education; Work experience in a similar position from 2 years; Experience in the BAS Corp program (will be an advantage); Attention to detail and accuracy in work; Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
