Our expectations: experience of working in a similar position for at least 3 years, mainly in commercial companies with 200 or more employees; confident user of 1C 8.3 programs, Medok, MS Office; knowledge of KZpP and the regulatory framework; successful experience in passing inspections by state services; organization , attention to details, responsibility; persistence, initiative, stress resistance; excellent communication skills; ability to work in a team. Main duties: registration of acceptance, transfer, dismissal of employees; formation and management of personal files of employees and personal cards form P-2; registration and keeping work books, including electronic; accounting and tabulation of employees' working hours, drawing up work schedules; issuing sick leave, providing certificates of labor activity to workers; keeping records of vacations, drawing up a vacation schedule; developing a staff list; job instructions, regulations; drafting letters, protocols, orders for the enterprise; keeping personnel reports.
