We invite to the team a Personnel inspector in the village of Kreminna, Khmelnytskyi region

Requirements for the candidate:

• Full higher or basic higher education.
• Knowledge of Ukrainian labor legislation, requirements for personnel administration.
• and orders.
• Proficient command of 1C programs, Excel.
• Attention to details, responsibility, initiative.
• Ability to learn quickly and work with a large amount of information.

Basic functions:

• Formation of personnel orders regarding personnel.
• Formation, management and accounting of personal files of employees, record of work experience.
• Issue and accounting of orders on granting vacations.
• Work in the electronic account of the insured on the portal PFU.
• Entering and updating information about the insurance experience of employees.
• Maintenance of personnel journals (accounting, registration, control of relevance).
• Formation of an archive of all personnel documents in accordance with the requirements of legislation and internal policies of the company.
