Vrequirements:
- Experience in personnel administration.
- Experience in recruitment.
- Availability of basic education (legal, economic, HR, etc.).
- Experienced connoisseur of office management rules.
- Fluent command of the Ukrainian language (both oral and written).
- Confident user of a PC, resources related to personnel accounting, search (selection) of vacancies.
- Scrupulosity to details, clarity, concreteness in expressing thoughts and one's poetry.
- Highly developed communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Managing personnel records in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
- Excellent knowledge of the procedure for digitizing work books;
- Knowledge of the Labor Code;
- Filling, scanning and maintenance of work books;
- Formation of personal files employees;
- Registration of acceptance and dismissal of employees.
- Regulation of admission, transfer and dismissal of employees.
- Maintenance of personal files, time sheets and other personnel documentation.
- Control of compliance with labor legislation at the enterprise. employees.
- Write and publish vacancies
- Search for candidates in social networks, platforms and databases
- Communicate with candidates, make initial calls.
