Personnel inspector in LEMTRANS

Our requirements to the candidate:

• Higher education.

• Experience in the personnel for at least 2 years.

• Knowledge of the 1C 8 ZUP program. Good orientation in the personnel legislation of Ukraine.

Your main functional duties:

• Managing the full cycle of personnel administration (recruitment, transfer, dismissal, vacations, sick leave, etc.).

• Formation and management of personal files of employees.

• Maintenance of employee records of time.

• Employee consultations on personnel matters.

• Participation in interesting projects of the Department for work with personnel.
