What you will do:
- Recruitment of personnel for the theater;
- Participation in the development and implementation of personnel policy;
- Ensuring the maintenance of personnel documentation;
- Monitoring the implementation of regulatory and legal acts in the field of personnel.
Required experience:
- Higher education in the field of personnel management or psychology;
- Work experience in the field of personnel from 2 years;
- Knowledge of labor legislation and personnel accounting.
