Main requirements:

• Work experience in a similar position;
• Basic knowledge of labor legislation of Ukraine and regulatory legal acts in the field of personnel;
• Availability of a certificate of advanced training in military accounting or a willingness to pass appropriate training and obtain such a certificate (training is paid for by the company);
• High level of responsibility, attention to details, communication skills.

Functional duties:

• Maintenance of military records of company employees in accordance with current legislation;
• Registration of employees for work and documentary support (transfer, transfer of company personnel and dismissal); labor activity;
• Maintenance and storage of personal files of employees;
• Maintenance and storage of archives of personal files of employees.
