Personnel inspector in Winner

The official exclusive importer and distributor of the world-famous Ford, MG, Maxus, Volvo, Jaguar, Land Rover, Porsche and Bentley brands in Ukraine is opening a vacancy for a Personnel (Administration) Specialist.

Wishes for candidates:

• Experience in personnel administration for at least 3 years;
• Knowledge of labor legislation of Ukraine;
• Knowledge of legislative and regulatory legal acts, methodological materials on personnel management issues;
• Understanding types of structures and the ability to manage the staff of the enterprise, to know its profile, specialization;
• Knowledge of the procedure for creating, maintaining and saving documentation related to personnel and their movement.

Job duties:

• Preparation and maintenance of personnel documents (recruitment, transfer within the Company, dismissal);
• Maintenance of work books and necessary accounting journals;
• Entering data into HRB personnel systems; SAP;
• Preparation of staff list and timesheets;
• Preparation of documents and orders for calculating wages;
• Preparation of reports (internal and external);
• Management of document flow for health insurance and life insurance;
• Management of schedules and vacation plans by the Company;
• Processing of sick leave;
• Formation of contracts and accounts of the personnel department;
• Distribution of personnel news by the Company.
