We invite you to join the team of the Primary Health Care Center No. 2 of the ChMRD as a Personnel Inspector!

As a personnel inspector in our communal non-profit enterprise, you will become an important link in supporting the efficient operation of the facility, which provides quality free medical services for the population of Chernihiv. Your work will help to create comfortable conditions for the medical staff who take care of the health of the community on a daily basis.

Your main duties:

• Maintaining personnel documentation in accordance with current legislation and internal regulations.
• Organization and support of the employment process, dismissal, transfer of employees.
• Control of compliance with the requirements of labor legislation, execution of orders, contracts and other personnel documents.
• Keeping records of working hours, vacations and sick days.
• Cooperation with heads of structural units on personnel issues.
• Preparation of reports and participation in internal audits.
• Ensuring the confidentiality of personal data of employees.

To successfully fulfill this role, we are looking for a person who:

• Has a university degree.
• Has experience in a similar position for at least 2 years.
• Well versed in labor law and personnel records.
• Possesses attention to details, organization and responsibility.
• Able to communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
• Strives to work for results and maintain a friendly atmosphere in the team.
