Personnel inspector in Fabrika BASSA

Due to expansion, we are opening an opportunity to join our team for the position of Human Resources Inspector - for those who want to develop and create cool projects in Ukraine and beyond border.

What will help you get started easily:

• Experience of 1-2 years in the position of inspector from personnel;
• Knowledge of the labor legislation of Ukraine, including the latest changes and requirements for personnel registration;
• Confident command of 1C;
• Experience in keeping military records and working with TCC and joint ventures;
• Skills in personnel management: personal files, orders, vacation schedules, reports, labor books.

Your day will consist of:

• Formation, maintenance and updating of personal files of employees in accordance with the requirements of the law;
• Creation and accounting of orders on personnel issues: reception, layoffs, transfers, vacations, business trips, etc.;
• Preparation and maintenance of the company's staff list, making changes as needed;
• Full management of personnel records (recruitment, dismissal, transfer) both in paper format and in 1C;
• Formation, accounting, storage and maintenance of labor books, including their digitization;
• Maintenance of military records, preparation and submission of reports to the TCC and SP.
