Personnel inspector in Shvidkist Trans

We are a transport company working in the field of cargo transportation. We manage the fleet, coordinate flights in Ukraine, ensure the reliability and efficiency of transportation.

We are looking for a Inspector of the personnel department who will help us maintain order in documentation and personnel processes.

What you will have to do:

• Keep personnel records of the company's employees (staff of 75 employees): registration of admission, transfer, dismissal, personal affairs.
• Ensure timely and correct maintenance of military records, control the relevance of data.
• Form the necessary personnel documents in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
• Interact with other divisions of the company to collect and update personnel information.
• Maintain order in personnel documents, ensure their preservation and confidentiality.

What we expect from you:

• Experience in a similar position from 1 year, preferably in the field of transport or related industries.
• Knowledge of the basics of labor legislation of Ukraine and military accounting rules.
• Responsibility, attention to details and discipline.
• Ability to work with documents and office programs.
• Communication and readiness to cooperation with different departments.
• The desire to develop and improve your professional skills.
