Our company is actively developing and expanding the team. We value professionalism, openness, responsibility and support of colleagues. We are looking for an attentive and responsible inspector of the personnel department who is ready to work with documents and help in creating job descriptions.
Duties
Preparation of document packages for admission, dismissal and leave.
Checking the completeness and correctness of personnel documents.
Keeping accounting tables (recruitment, dismissal, vacations).
Issuance of certificates (from the place of work, about income, etc.).
Communication with employees and candidates on personnel issues.
Working with PFU (electronic work books) will be an advantage.
Creation and updating of job instructions in accordance with legislation and internal standards company.
Interaction with postal services (sending/receiving documentation).
Requirements
Knowledge of labor legislation of Ukraine, the Law "On Vacations", the basics of document management.
Ability to issue documents in accordance with DSTU 4163:2020.
Confident user of MS Office.
Experience of working with 1C:ZUP 8.3.
Competent oral and written Ukrainian language.
Attention, responsibility, openness and teamwork.
