We are currently expanding our team and are looking for a Human Resources Inspector to join our team. style="font-weight: bolder">Experience of 5 years in a similar position.
Knowledge of legislation: labor legislation of Ukraine, rules of personnel record keeping, military accounting - desirable.
Documentation: confident command of personnel documents.
Attention and responsibility - the ability to work with a large number of documents without errors.
Organization and discipline - timely accounting and reporting.
Experienceworking with a large number of employees (preferably from 500).
KEY TASKS:
Managing personnel records in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
Formation of hiring, transfer, dismissal of employees.
Formation and maintenance of personal files, personal cards (form P-2).
Preparation of orders on personnel matters.
Accounting and control of the use of vacations by employees.
Compilation and submission of personnel reports to supervisory authorities.
Working with military records of employees.
Consulting employees on personnel issues.
Participation in development and implementation of internal provisions, instructions, labor regulations.
Interaction with state bodies on personnel issues (State labor, military commissariats, tax authorities, etc.).
