Personnel inspector in VALIDUS SPECAVTO, TOV

We are currently looking for a Human Resources Inspector to join our team - a responsible, detail-oriented person who will help us maintain a high level of organization of personnel processes directly in production.

What are the main responsibilities that await you:

• Recruitment (Recruitment): creating a job profile, writing a description, active search, screening resumes, conducting interviews, working with job platforms.
• Adaptation of personnel: development of the welcome process, support of newcomers, development and writing of adaptation, standards, training by product categories.
• Formation, maintenance and storage of documentation on personnel issues in accordance with current legislation.
• Management of personnel affairs.
• Preparation of draft orders, certificates, reports on personnel issues.
• Maintenance of a full cycle of vacations at the enterprise; accounting for vacations (maintenance of P-2 cards).
• Participation in the preparation of documents for inspection by supervisory authorities.
• Counseling employees on personnel issues.
• Basic skills in the organization of military accounting with further training.

Our ideal candidate:

• Has a higher education (preferably in the field of personnel management, law, economics or related fields).
• Experience in a similar position from 1 year.
• Knows the labor legislation of Ukraine and the basics of personnel administration.
• Has skills in working with 1C or other personnel programs, confidently uses MS Office.
• Responsible, attentive to details, organized.
• Able to work in a team and maintain quality communication.
• Ready for training on the organization of military accounting.
