• Higher education;
• Fluency in the Ukrainian language;
• Experience in a similar position from 1 year;
• Knowledge of personnel document flow;
• Ability to quickly accept effective solutions;
• Responsibility, organization and attention to details.
• A confident user of MS Office (Word, Excel), knowledge of special programs.

Conditions:

• Work schedule from Mon-Fri from 07:30 to 16:00, Sat, Sun weekend.
• Official employment;
• Social guarantees in accordance with the Labor Code of Ukraine;

Responsibilities:

• Recruitment, dismissal and transfer of employees;
• Management of staff records;
• Compilation of employee leave schedules;
• Management of labor records;
• Compilation of reports;
• Issue of certificates.
• Maintenance military registration.
