Responsibilities:

• Management personnel administration in full (recruitment, transfer, dismissal), data entry in the BAS Agro system.
• Maintenance of military records.
• Transfer of data on the website of the PFU.
• Preparation of reports to state bodies, submission of notices of hiring employees.
• Accounting of time worked, providing the accounting department with generalized data for salary calculation.
• Formation business trips.
• Control of data on the presence of employees at the workplace.
• Compilation of employee vacation schedules.
• Compilation of time sheets
• Preparation of reports for the manager.
• Recruitment.
