Personnel inspector in CRM.UA

We are looking for an experienced HR Supervisor for our IT services company based in Diya City. 

Requirements:

• Experience as an inspector with personnel from 3 years (without interruptions during the last period);
• Knowledge of ERP Microsoft Business Central will be a significant advantage;
• Knowledge of HR standards and labor legislation of Ukraine;
• Experience of working with shift schedules and summary accounting for working hours;
• Knowledge of legislation on military accounting and practical skills of full-fledged military accounting at the enterprise;
• Experienced PC user (MS Office), 1C;
• Certificate in military accounting - will be a significant plus.

Main responsibilities

• Maintenance of personnel records: admission, dismissal, transfer, vacations, hospital workers;
• Maintenance of military records in full;
• Issuing certificates to employees according to requests;
• Interaction with the financial department (salary, staff list);
• Maintenance of internal document flow.
