We are expanding our activities in Ukraine and are looking for a Personnel Accounting Inspector - Master of Order who will help us maintain clear personnel documentation, in accordance with legal requirements. What will you do

• Keep personnel records - contracts, orders and staff lists, personal affairs of employees.
• Ensure compliance with legislation - monitor changes in regulatory acts, prepare reports for regulatory bodies, provide qualified advice to the company's management on issues of compliance with labor legislation.
• Make documentation - prepare orders for hiring, dismissal, vacations, control document flow with project teams.
• Help in the preparation of salary documentation - cooperate with an outsourced accountant for salary calculation.
• Participate in HR processes, transition to HR-procedures
  • Knowledge – understanding of Ukrainian labor legislation and military accounting.
  • Skills – attention to detail, analytical thinking, ability to work with confidential information.
  • Software - practical skills of working with the system BAS ZUP (former 1C), the ability to quickly master new software products. 
  • Languages – Ukrainian and English (for reporting and communication, you will improve your conversational skills during work).
