MAIN TASKS
- Personnel administration (formation of orders) about recruitment, transfer, formation of employment contracts; formation of DPI notices about the acceptance of vacations)
- Managing business trips
- Maintaining information about the number of personnel and their movement
- Compiling and sending relevant reports to state bodies
- Consulting employees on personnel issues in accordance with the Labor Code of Ukraine and other legislative acts
- Introducing all personnel data in the personnel accounting system 1C BAS
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in personnel management from 2 years
- Practical experience in developing and implementing policies and procedures governing personnel relations
- Practical awareness the specifics of the work of non-governmental/charitable organizations in Ukraine will be an advantage
- Higher education (Personnel Management/Management or disciplines related to personnel management)
- Knowledge 1С BAS, FREDO, working with Google Drive
KNOWLEDGE
- labor legislation;
- formation and system of labor remuneration;
- methods of personnel evaluation and the results of their work;
- forms and methods of personnel training and development;
- the order of development and implementation of policies and procedures governing personnel management;
