Requirements:
- work experience in personnel administration from 6 months;
- knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, preferably the ability to work in personnel programs;
- knowledge of the basics of personnel administration, knowledge of labor legislation;
- ability to maintain personnel documentation, the ability to create personnel reports.

Main tasks:
- formation and management of personal files of the Company's employees (600-1000 people in the specified region): admission, transfer and dismissal;
- providing information to state authorities about accepting new employees;
- registration of vacations for employees (implementing in the software and preparation of a draft order);
- preparation of draft orders according to the personnel composition of employees, control of familiarization of employees with orders;

- maintenance of records of personnel orders, orders to grant employees vacations;
- processing of sick leaves in the software, determination of insurance length for their payment, etc.;
- preparation of documents for transfer to the archive;
- providing advice to the Company's employees on document preparation.
