What do we expect from you?
- Experience in a similar position for at least 1 year;< /li>
- Knowledge of labor legislation and personnel administration;
- PC knowledge (1C, Excel, Word);
- Responsibility, organization, attentiveness;
- The ability to work in a team;
What will you do? b>
- Form and manage personal files of employees, to make changes related to labor activities.
- Develop job instructions for the positions provided for in the staff list.
- Monitor implementation by heads of divisions of labor legislation, local acts and administrative documents of the head of the enterprise on matters of work with personnel.
- Ensure: compliance of personnel documentation with legislation in the field labor, in the field of personal data protection and the requirements of the company's quality management system; registration of all personnel procedures in accordance with labor legislation, legislation on the protection of personal data, regulations, instructions, as well as orders of the head of the enterprise.
- Keep records of the granting of vacations to employees, monitor the preparation and observance of regular vacation schedules. Keep personnel records up-to-date.
- Compile and submit official reports related to personnel records. Keep all documents related to personnel accounting.
- Compile reporting on work with personnel established in the company.
