We are at the stage of active expansion and scaling of the company to meet the growing demand we are looking for - Personnel inspector.

Functional duties:

• Collection and storage of personal data of employees.
• Preparation, verification and execution of documents for the hiring, dismissal and transfer of employees.
• Sending and receiving correspondence from personnel administration.
• Keeping and filling in journals.
• Conducting vacations . Forming a vacation schedule.
• Consulting employees on personnel issues.
• Providing, upon request of employees: certificate from workplaces, scanning of documents according to orders, work books.
• Submission of reports to PFU, Employment Center.
• Help in keeping military records. Interaction with TCC.

Wishes to the candidate:

• Work experience in a similar position for at least 2 years;
• Work experience in: 1C, BAS ERP , MeDoc. Microsoft Office package, Outlook.
• Experience in military accounting (will be a competitive advantage, the procedure for booking employees);
• Knowledge of labor legislation and personnel work;
• Working with fiscal authorities (Employment Center and PFU);
• Resistance to stress, attentiveness, the ability to defend one's point of view;
• Love for one's profession, the desire to develop in this direction;
• High communication skills and the ability to work in a team. ?
