We invite to our team a HR inspector.

Our ideal candidate has:

• experience of working in a personnel document management organization from the 1st year;
• knowledge of labor legislation;
• confident user of 1C programs, Microsoft Office;
• li>responsibility, attention to details, results-oriented.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• maintaining personnel records in 1C ZUP in full: reception, transfer, dismissal of personnel, vacations, sick leave;
• formation and maintenance of personal files, work books of employees;
• maintenance of time sheets;
• maintenance of records of conscripted employees ;
• compilation of appropriate personnel reporting.
