We are currently recruiting for the position of Human Resources Inspector.

Bimogy:

• experience of working in a similar position for at least 1 year;
• knowledge of the Labor Code, other laws and legal acts that form the basis of the legal regulation of labor relations in Ukraine;
• knowledge of personnel document management, including temporary features of the organization of personnel records under martial law;
• confident PC user (Word, Excel, 1С:8.3, MEdoc).

Responsibilities:

• management of personnel records (admissions, transfers, dismissals, vacations, etc.);
• formation and management of personal files of employees, making changes in the OS, related with labor activities;
• entering information about personal data of employees, the quantitative composition and movement of personnel into the 1C program;
• formation of state statistical reporting and internal personnel reporting;
• maintaining sick leave, timesheets and military records;
• formation of certificates from the place of work.
