What will you do:

• Entering data about a natural person into accounting systems (1C, Business Central) for hiring based on the provided documents.
• Formation of a package of documents for the candidate's signature:

-job description-notification of the terms of the employment contract

-other documents according to the template

• Sending documents to candidates via NP
• Receiving and sorting mail from employees.
• Formation of the candidate's personal file.
• Copying of documents and sorting according to personnel matters.
• Assistance of the personnel inspector with other issues

About you:

• Higher education.
• Attention to details, experience in a similar position of 1 year or more - will be an advantage.
• willingness to work according to a hybrid work schedule (3 in the office, 2 remotely), corporate transportation is available.
