Inspector of the personnel department (MILITARY ACCOUNTS)

Requirements:

• Higher education.
• Inspector of the personnel department from 2 years;
• Knowledge of the Labor Code and normative acts regulating personnel office management;
• Knowledge of the procedure for keeping military records;
• High level of mastery of specialized programs (1C, BAS);
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, Word;

• Ability to work with a large amount of information;
• Responsibility, attentiveness, stress resistance.

Main duties:

• Maintenance of military records;
• Formation of hiring, transfers and dismissals of employees in accordance with labor legislation;
• Formation and management of personal files of employees, making changes, related to labor activity;
• Keeping records of the granting of vacations;
• Compiling a timesheet;
• Providing information for statistical reporting;
• Issuance of certificates upon request;
• Control over compliance with quotas, norms and standards for personnel work.
