Personnel inspector

Position description:

• Managing the full cycle of personnel administration in accordance with labor legislation in full;

• Maintenance of military accounting;

• Interaction with controlling/inspecting bodies, reporting;

• Organization of document preparation and archiving.

• Preparation of management reports and analytics.

• Organization and control of personnel accounting in the automated accounting system; Drawing up and monitoring the execution of vacation schedules; Update of job instructions;

• Consideration of letters, applications and complaints within the competence of the personnel department and provision of written answers in the established order.

Requirements:

• Higher education.
• Experience in a similar position for at least 2 years.
• Knowledge of labor legislation and skills in personnel management.
• Proficiency in office programs (MS Office, 1C).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• High level of responsibility, attention to detail, ability to multitask
