Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in a similar position;
• Ability to work in multitasking mode;
< li>Excellent knowledge of the Labor Code of Ukraine and other legislative acts, as well as tracking changes in legislation;
• Excellent knowledge of personnel document management;
• Maintenance of personnel records in the information system 1C ZUP, 1C 8.3,< /li>
• Responsibility, activity, sociability, ability to work in a team

Functional duties:

Managing personnel records;

• Selection of personnel;
• Recruitment, transfer, dismissal of personnel in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine;
• Formation of orders from personnel;
• Compilation of the staff list;
• Formation and maintenance of personal files of employees, making changes;
• Keeping records and schedule of granted vacations;
• Development of job instructions;

• Time sheet;
• Formation, accounting, storage and maintenance of work books.
