Great if you:

• You have a higher education and work experience
• You have experience in keeping personnel records in 1C, ZUP
• You have the following competencies: knowledge of the Civil Code, working with documents, sociability, friendliness, responsibility, attentiveness.

What will be included in your tasks:

• Maintenance of personnel records in 1C ZUP (staff of 200 people)
• Submission of employment notices via M.E.Doc
• Formation and management of personal files of employees
• Formation of all personnel operations
• Control of the use of vacations
• Preparation of certificates from the place of work for employees
• Formation of employee record sheets time in 1C
• Submission of employee data to the accounting department for the preparation of salary cards for new employees
